County Departments responsible for performing pest management shall submit a request for an exemption to the IPM Coordinator to use a pesticide that is not on the Pesticide List. The IPM Coordinator may approve a Limited Use Exemption request if the material is being used in association with an active IPM program, and an Exemption Request form has been submitted.
