The Redevelopment Agency facilitates implementation of the community development goals of the Marin City Community and Redevelopment Plans. The agency contributes technical expertise and financial support for development projects which further these goals. Bringing these plans to completion will provide opportunities for employment and housing for the Marin City community.

General Information on Services Offered:
The Redevelopment Agency provides technical and permit assistance to projects which contribute to the economic and social well being of the Marin City community, and which provide affordable housing opportunities countywide. The Agency also provides financial assistance to such projects through a variety of mechanisms including loaning funds, securing grants from federal, state and private organizations, and issuing bonded indebtedness to pay for capital improvements related to such projects.

All Agency staff are available to answer questions related to Agency activities. The Agency also maintains copies of the Marin City Redevelopment and Implementation Plans, as well as many other documents related to specific projects. All of this information is available for public review.
