Topic:
eligibility
Hi there, we were sent this AB109 RFI opp as an email today by a prospective agency we will serve in the near future, in the Gold Country(Calaveras Cty). We have 3 SLE's (60 beds) in the San Joaquin Valley, Stockton and Lodi and soon to be Jackson and Tracy. Are we eligible for funding support thru your agency or would we simply deal with similar agencies in our area...? Our web:www.valleysoberliving.org

The AB109/high risk probation population is mandated by court order to remain in Marin County. However, any eligible agency is able to apply, please refer to Section II in the RFI for that information.
